I'm so excited about this exchange and I want to thank you for creating a treat for me this time of year, I'm sure I will love it. Here's my letter which I hope will be of some use for you. In no way are these rules for you, you can always find inspiration outside of my prompts, just create something you're comfortable with. As long as you respect my dislikes we're okay.

Since this is a Halloween based exchange, I feel like I should point out that I'm more than okay with creepy settings, ghost stories, magic & magical/mythological creatures, etc, if that's the sort of thing you're interested in.

The Exorcist (TV)

Tomas Ortega, Marcus Keane, Casey Rance, Katherine Rance, Angela Rance

I'm a big fan of the original movie, so when I first heard of the show I didn't expect to love it as much I do. I like every character and I was interested in their lives beyond the demons. I do ship Tomas and Marcus as a couple but if you don't feel like writing ship fic, I'd love to see their friendship grow stronger. For instance:

🔮 Marcus keeping his promise to help Tomas become an exorcist. What happens? How do they go about it?
🔮 Marcus & Tomas fighting demons, plain and simple.
🔮 Both Marcus & Tomas are tested when it comes to their loyalty to their church, I'd like to see their struggles with it, and how they reconcile who they are with their faith.
🔮 If it's ship fic I'll take just about anything tbh.

At the end we get to the Rance family living a quiet life. I want to see more of that. Them leaving behind the bad memories, fighting their nightmares, growing closer again.

🔮 Casey & Katherine working in their bond as sisters, repairing their relationship that was once damaged.
🔮 How Casey deals with the aftermath of her possession. Does her mother share her own struggles with her?
🔮 Angela finally getting some peace next to her family.
🔮 Marcus & Tomas visiting the family.


Shadowhunters

Magnus Bane, Alec Lightwood

I love, love everything about Magnus and Alec in the show, I feel like their relationship has come so far since they met. To be honest, I sometimes think I like the way their relationship is portrayed in the show than in the books, that being said if you feel like throwing in some references to the books that's fine by me (like, say, if you were to include Max & Raphael 😉). I do love the series.

What I want is to see more about the progression of their relationship. Both away from the madness of the institute and their respective responsibilities. Domesticity makes my heart swell. For these two I prefer the canon setting, but if it's an AU I'd like them to still be in touch with the supernatural.

🔮 As implied in the show Alec spends a lot of time at Magnus's and stays the night very often, I'd like to see more of that.
🔮 Magnus & Alec going to a Halloween party.

Peter Parker, Wade Wilson

Spideypool is one of my favorite ships and I like AUs that explores their relationship a lot, wether is a different origin story to them being in college.

🔮 Choosing couples costumes for Halloween. (Maybe taking Ellie out for trick-or-treating)
🔮 Spending Halloween with the Avengers.
🔮 AU where instead of superpowers they're magical creatures.
🔮 AU where they ghost hunters.

Captive Prince

Damen, Laurent

To say I love Captive Prince is an understatement, it's easily become one of my favorite series and I can't get enough of Damen and Laurent. (If you want to write some of the other characters from the books feel free to do so).

🔮 I'm really interested in what happens now that Vere and Akelios are not longer political enemies, how they try to bring their countries and their people together, how it reflects on their relationship.
🔮 Damen and Laurent having time for themselves, getting closer, away from being kings.


Legion

Sydney "Syd" Barret, David Haller, Lenny Busker

The season finally left me with a lot of questions and wanting more of this wonderful show. Anything you want to write about it, exploring the characters, their relationships, powers, struggles, etc, I'd be happy to read.

American Gods (TV)

Laura Moon, Mad Sweeney, Easter

The characters that I requested are my favorites from the show.

🔮 Even if we didn't get to see much of Easter I was left wanting more of her. I want to see her being all powerful, making the preparations for the Easter festivities, dealing with Jesus in his different iterations. Her being annoyed at Halloween being more popular than Easter.
🔮 I love Laura and Mad Sweeney. I could be happy reading about them still on a road trip, maybe them encountering more Gods. Also, more about their past history together, what makes him feel responsible for Laura beyond her accident.
