The Kiss Thief (250 words)
Bela/Tessa, Fairy Tales
Summary: treasure hunter Bela Talbot finds a pendant with a secret inside it.
The adventures of Bela Talbot are known throughout the Seven Seas and the Glamour Kingdoms, her name traveling from mouth to mouth gaining notoriety.
After fighting the Cyclops of Mount Brun, Bela was able to retrieve the pendant she was looking for. A heavy golden piece she dangles from her fingers. It was said to be the greatest love talisman of all. She feels elated at its sight.
The inscription on the pendant's front is unreadable and Bela brings it closer to her face, her lips touching the metal as she blows away the dust on it. It vibrates on her palm and a sudden bright light covers the room blinding her. Upon regaining her sight she finds herself no longer alone.
A woman with dark brown hair and green eyes accompanies her.
"Who are you and what are you doing here?" Bela demands after her shock diminishes.
"You summoned me," she answers swiftly. "And you can call me Tessa."
"I...the pendant."
Tessa nods. "Thank you for setting me free."
"I thought it was just a luck charm for lovers."
"It's more than that. I listen to your heart's desire and make it true. Ask me and I shall give," Tessa says.
"Can I ask for anything?" Bela questions, her eyes trained on Tessa.
"Almost anything"
Bela walks until she's in front of her and whispers something in Tessa's ear. Tessa nods and presses her body against Bela's making her gasp in surprise.
A kiss forever seals their deal.
