I still need to see Paranorman & The Book of Life, My cousin keeps recommending both. I don't always agree with his tastes, but he's usually spot on about animated films.

I never get tired of ANOES either. :)

I got The Devil's Backbone in from netflix to watch this weekend. :)

You've definitely given me some movies to add to my "to watch" list.

I loved both Paranorman and The Book of Life, the animation is really good and have heartwarming stories and interesting characters. Totally worth watching :D

Oh, The Devil's Backbone is not only in my top of horror films but of movies in general. I think it has a lot to do with me being a fan of Gillermo Del Toro, but imo it manages to balance the creepy and human aspects of the story. Hope you enjoy it!

:) Hehe I'm glad. I know I'm always looking for new movies to watch.

Man, I totally forgot about It Follows, but that was one of the weirdest horror movies I've seen in a long time. I've seen a bunch of the movies on this list, but I'm going to check out the few that I haven't :)

i've only seen like 5 of those, i'll check some of them out!

i like... oh what was it called... it was a japanese movie where people start getting depressed and disappearing ("randomly committing suicide"), only they turn into ghosts, and for example in one scene they connect to a "ghost's webcam" via a computer or something like that...

Oh, I've seen that movie, and I like it. I discovered it because I saw the remake first (not so good) and then I found out it was a Japanese film. J-horror films are definitely creepy.

Hahaha if you find the time there are some really good ones, of course some are just downright ridiculous, but hey, it happens in horror. Also Korean horror films are worth checking out :)

Lots of good movies on that list, and ones I still need to watch! Since you like Coraline and ParaNorman, have you seen Kubo and the Two Strings yet?

:D

No, I haven't. I've heard good things about it and I really want to watch it, given that Laika's become one of my favorite animation studios. Which reminds me I should probably add The Boxtrolls to the list.

Aw, ParaNorman! And I adore The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Corpse Bride, It Follows, The Mummy, and The Silence of the Lambs.

Hocus Pocus is my favorite Halloween movie! And Zombieland was fabulous.

I love almost all of your other films, too! :D

I need to watch Hocus Pocus every year on this month, it's sort of become a tradition :) And Zombieland never fails to make me laugh though I've watched it so many times.

Yay, that's so cool :)

WELCOME BACK TO ZE INTERNETZ XD

I can't get enough of Zombieland. Peter Jackson couldn't be better with all that comedic gore scenes XD

SUSPIRIA! Oh God, that movie captivated me with the visuals alone.

Hahaha thank you! I did miss it.

Me neither. I have to leave it on every time it's on TV. Omg, yes, it's one of the reasons why I love it so much. I love the contrast of colors and horror.
