It's a bit battered, but nothing beyond repair, besides, the cover remains its beautiful self. The pages are glossy and the weight is significant on her hands, Charlie is positively in heaven at the moment.

"That's quite the look you got there, Red."

Charlie waves the book she'd been holding in front of Dorothy. "The Silmarillion, how lucky am I?"

"And you got me here, I'm full of adventure too."

"It's got a fold out map," Charlie exclaims, trying to make a point.

Dorothy leans in, whispering hotly in her ear, "Yes, but does it have a yellow brick road?"

Jo is nonplussed by all things fandom. She's tried to keep up with the information Charlie throws her way. But she's lost between fanvids, fanart, fanfiction, and whatever the hell is a Cophine.

Jo is done.

REO Speedwagon gets things going, but Charlie is not available. She barely looks up from the laptop when Jo comes into her room, and answers her absentmindedly.

"Writing my Willow and Tara fic."

"You do that too?"

Charlie nods. Jo's curiosity gets to her as she moves to read over Charlie's shoulder.

"Well, that. Hell, Charlie," Jo exhales.

"I know, I'm the queen of the fandom feels."

"You think you could demonstrate some of those things. Live."

"You betcha."
